This series was inspired by The Saint John's Bible, a contemporary work created in the tradition of medieval manuscripts and the first handwritten, illuminated Bible to be commissioned by a Benedictine monastery since the advent of the printing press more than 500 years ago.
This small series was created with elegance and simplicity in mind using a square silk screen and torn paper as a mask.
